Majestic Sun at Seascape Resort in Destin Florida
Located on the beautiful Seascape Resort at 1160 Scenic Gulf Drive in the Miramar Beach area of Destin, Florida, the Majestic Sun stands out with its truly majestic arch-accented architecture. This complex of upscale, privately owned condominiums sits directly along one of the largest stretches of beachfront in the Destin area and offers unobstructed views of the emerald-green Gulf waters.
Guests make repeat trips to the Majestic Sun because of the amenities offered, the highlight of which is a uniquely-designed, 3,200-square-foot, multi-level pool that features both indoor and outdoor swimming in one body of water. Decorated with sparkling waterfalls and a Gulf-front view, the swimming complex also contains two generously-sized hot tubs. During the winter, the pool is heated to a soothing 86 degrees, so that guests can enjoy swimming year round.
An 18-hole championship golf course, eight tennis courts, beautiful park-like grounds, fresh water lakes, a conference center, and a four-story parking garage are also part of the Seascape Resort and therefore accessible by Majestic Sun owners and guests. Other amenities include charcoal grills, free short-term video rentals, and seasonal beach service.
Each vacation condo is individually-owned, so the décor may vary from unit to unit. Majestic Sun features a variety of floor plans for one-, two-, or three-bedroom condos, plus three- and four-bedroom penthouses. The smallest unit is the one-bedroom condo which sleeps six via a king or queen bed, two bunk beds, and queen-sized sleeper sofa. The largest units offer four bedrooms and can sleep up to 14 guests on two king-sized beds, two queen-sized beds, four bunk beds, and a queen-sized sleeper sofa.
All condos feature sliding glass doors that open onto beachfront balconies, full-size kitchens, and a washer/dryer. This family-friendly high-rise is minutes away from all major Destin shopping and entertainment attractions.
